Snowstar tasted the air with his mouth open. It was a warm, spring day, the perfect type of weather for snakes to be relaxing in. Snowstar's snowy neck fur bristled at the thought of Snakes coming back, or just hanging around here. It was enough already for them to be coming out in Green-leaf but New-leaf? Yes Snowstar has noticed the weather getting much warmer this New-leaf and there has already been a slighting of a snake.
The thought only made him walk faster to Snake Hollow which was going to be boiling. Sticking to the shade of the trees he walked along, looking out for any snakes. This type of weather wasn't his best, he got too hot due to his fluffy White pelt.
Coming to Snake hollow, Snowstar could see the sandy rocks which were warming to the sun. The place was were most cats came to sun-bathe something they all enjoyed. There was sand on the ground Which was bound to get in-between his paws.
Placing a paw on a rock, he could tell how hot it was. And it was boiling hot.
Mouse-dung! he thought looking at the area of rocks. the snakes have to be back.
The trees loomed around the rock area as he jumped onto a rock. Pain of burnt paws stung his pads as the heat made it's way up his body. Being careful in where he placed his feet, he looked down the cracks looking for any life of snakes.
