Likes: New life, Newleaf, and her job as a medicine cat.
Dislikes: Death, snakes, and deathberries.
Full Personality:Willownight is very determined and strong willed and doesn't hold back her sharp tongue when needed. But still firm and gentle as needed, like a queen. Except her kits are the whole Clan. They may not be blood related but since Willownight can't have kits, as it is against the Warrior Code, the Clan the closest thing to them. Not to mention when their is a litter of kits born in the Clan, Willownight likes to spend a little extra time with them. For a medicine cat she's good at hunting and battle techniques. Deciphering StarClan's messages is what she does best, though. Like any medicine cat she hates seeing death, after all its her job to save cats not see them die. Willownight loves Newleaf, any kind (almost) of new life, and her job as a medicine cat. If you look around her den and in her herb storage you won't see any death berries. Willownight can't stand the sight of them, she believes that they shouldn't be apart of the storage of herbs. When Willownight was young, she encountered a snake. It was big and black, hissing and spitting at her Willownight let out a hiss of her own and ran all the way back to camp! Since then, no more snakes for Willownight.
Birth Day: December 9th
Birth Clan: FrostClan
Family: Dusktail (Father)
Sparrowhop (Mother)
Dovelight (Sister)
Sprucewhisker (Brother) All are deceased.
History: Kit hood:Willowkit mewled and pawed at her mother's belly. The little kit longed for the warm sweet milk to flow into her mouth. She gave another indignant squeak.
"Sush little one. I know. I know. These are hard times. My milk will come soon." Sparrowhop said gently. Willowkit settled for sucking at the dry teat, hungrily none the less. Sparrowhop's rough tongue rasped over the kit's head. Then Sparrowhop did the same to each of her kits.
It was the middle of Leafbare and FrostClan was having trouble finding prey this season than any other season. Leafbare was longer and tougher then even the elders could remember. So Sparrowhop's milk was just about dry.
Willowkit snuggled deeper into her mother's belly, glad for the warmth. Sparrowhop blinked lovingly, a purr thrumming through her. "You and your siblings will grow stronger for this. That I am for certain."
Soon the time of famine ended and the kits started to grow strong and act like any other kits in the Clan.

"What's that herb?" Willowkit asked Larkflower.
"Oh this one? This is tansy, Willowkit." Larkflower replied.
"What's tansy used for?" Willowkit swished her little tail and cocked her head.
"Shouldn't you be playing with you brother or sister? Instead of asking me all these questions?" Larkflower said flustered. The medicine cat pushed the tansy to one side of a pile and then picked up another herb.
"All they want to do is wrestle and go after moss balls. I want to do something usuful." Willowkit pleaded. "Now will you tell me what tansy is used for?"
Larkflower sighed. "Fine. Tansy is used for curing coughs but I can only give a cat a little bit. Why do you want to learn all this?"
Willowkit shuffled her paws. "I um... Well, I-"
"Willowkit! Dovekit! Sprucekit! Come back here!" Sparrowhop's voice cut through the camp. Willowkit bounded away without another word to Larkflower. But Larkflower was thinking about the little black kit with the white oakleaf marking.
Apprentice time:Willowpaw stalked slowly through the grass. A nice plump little mouse was sitting right there on a tree root. Oh! Willowpaw suddenly sprang up and ran to a plant, scaring the mouse away. "Look what I found! It's some yarrow! Larkflower was complaining that her stores were low."
Willowpaw happily picked the plant, being careful not to swallow any. The black pelted apprentice trotted excitedly back to camp. When her mentor, Blackclaw, saw what Willowpaw was carrying he groaned. I send her off on a hunting mission and she comes back with herbs! Why did Froststar ever make her a warrior apprentice? I must speak to him about this.
"I got to bring these to Larkflower." Willownight said through a mouthful of yarrow.
"After that go stand outside Froststar's den." Blackclaw gave no further explanation and padded off to Froststar's den. What did I do? Willowpaw wondered worriedly. What are they going to do with me? I was just trying to help Larkflower! The apprentice ran to Larkflower's den in despair. She tumbled through the entrance, almost knocking over several piles of herbs. Willowpaw spat out the yarrow leaves in front of Larkflower.
"Larkflower! Larkflower! What am I going to do? Blackclaw told me to go to Froststar's den I have no idea why! I don't even know what I did wrong if I did anything wrong!" Willowpaw wailed, her eyes wide and frantic.
Larkflower nosed the herb at her paws. The she cat noticed it was yarrow. She remembered.. "Quiet now. It's all right. Maybe Blackclaw wanted you to see Froststar for a good reason. It doesn't have to be bad. Now scat! You shouldn't keep them waiting in any case!" Willowpaw mumbled something then dashed out of the den. "Apprentices." Larkflower shook her head and started to add the yarrow to one of her piles.
Willowpaw calmed herself outside of Froststar's den. She heard arguing then a cat calling her name. Willowpaw cautiously went into her leader's den, as if it was a badger set instead. "Y-yes?" Willowpaw stammered.
Froststar smiled, sternly but nevertheless a smile. "Blackclaw says you do not enjoy being a warrior apprentice."
"No! I mean...I enjoy it but I think I was a little late in asking some cats a question." Willowpaw looked at her paws.
"What would this question be? And to whom?" Froststar asked gently. Blackclaw scowled. He obviously didn't like where his apprentice was going.
"It was for Larkflower. And yourself. The question was that...I want to become a medicine cat apprentice! I just can't seem to focuse on all this warrior stuff! It just doesn't fit me. Not like it does Dovepaw and Sprucepaw." Willowpaw burst out.
Blackclaw hissed. Froststar gave him a look. "God get Larkflower. I do believe she has a apprentice now."
Medicine cat:
Willowpaw walked calmly but proudly to the Moonpool. It had been nine moons since her training had switched from being a Warrior to being a medicine cat. Willowpaw was very happy but she had no idea that her whole life was about to change...
"Before we speek with StarClan tonight I have something to say." Larkflower stopped the groups of medicine cats and their apprentices. Willowpaw looked at her mentor, confused. Larkflower continued. "I, Larkflower, medicine cat of FrostClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of a medicine cat, and with your help she will serve her clan for many moons to come. Willowpaw, do you promise to uphold the ways of a medicine cat, to stand apart from rivalry between clans and to protect all cats equally, even at the cost ofyour life?"
Willowpaw stared at her mentor, no longer confused but shocked. Suddenly a rush of pride overwhelmed her, almost to where she could not speak. But the son to be medicine cat remembered that
everyone was waiting for her answer. "I do."
Larkflower beamed. "Then by the powers of Starclan, I give you your true name as a medicine cat. Willowpaw, from the moment on, you will be known as Willownight. Starclan honors your courage and loyalty, and we welcome you as a full medicine cat of FrostClan." Larkflower put her head on Willownight's head and Willownight licked her mentor's shoulder respectfully in return.
"Willownight! Willownight!" The other medicine cats chanted. Willownight swelled up twice her normal size with all the emotions she was feeling. Tonight was by far the best night of her life yet. The new medicine cat turned to take the lead to the Moonpool, ready to share her dreams with StarClan as a full medicine cat for the first time.
