Description:
Sagestripe is a slender and petite cat which looks quite amusing compared to her two massive brothers. It looks like she doesn't fit into the family when it comes to size. Mistfur is twice her size, while Cinderclaw is close to three times her size. It's not that she is super small, her brothers are just so big. Or that is what she tells herself. Once again we come across another gray tabby, which wasn't a surprise when she was born. She has a very light gray, almost a silver color for the base of her fur. Her tabby stripes are very dark gray, giving her a beautiful outline of her pelt, the lighter base gray going along perfectly with it. Her tabby stripes can be found anywhere and everywhere, from her head to her tail, her stomach and back. Her nose is the same color as her brothers, another family trait, a dark gray outline with a salmon pink center. Her eyes are something different than her brother's. She somehow got her grandmother's eyes, the beautiful sky blue color.
Personality:
Sagestripe can most easily be described as a cross between her brothers. She is quiet and reserved like Mistfur at times, yet she is mischevious and cunning like Cinderclaw, although without all the insanity. Her two brothers are leader's through and through, whether it be leading cats into pranks, or leading them to do the right thing. Sagestripe is more of a follower, she does what other's expect her to do, not what she wants to do. Or so she does when Mistfur is around, to keep him from seeing her true side. The she-cat is most like Cinderclaw, very mischevious and always getting into trouble by playing along with her brother's pranks. She may not be the mastermind behind the pranks, but she is usually behind them in some way.
Having many older brothers, she has to be tough, and so she is. She hardly ever experiences pain, even when hurt badly, she tries to ignore it. Sagestripe doesn't want to be seen as weak by her brothers, and feels pain only gets in the way. The best way is to grin and bear it, and not let anything distract you. Okay, so maybe she gets distracted quite easily, but that isn't her fault, it's everything that distract her's fault.
Sagestripe has been Cinderclaw's 'apprentice' since she was old enough to walk out of the nursery, possibly before then. Being his apprentice entitles her to learn everything he knows, even the completely insane ideas he has. Cinderclaw has yet to give up on her, and feels that out of his siblings, she is the one that will end up most like him. He plans to corrupt her mind with as much as possible. Cinderclaw may put down others and make them feel bad, but Sagestripe is the one cat that he can't do that to. She has always been attatched to him, the little kit that saved him from his rampages. She doesn't usually get the rough end of him, only the somewhat kind and caring cat. His patience is only with her, which Sagestripe kinda enjoys.
History:
Sagestripe was born into RockClan, the only kit of her litter. It just so happened that she was born in their fifth and final litter so they knew exactly how to take care of her. The little kit, despite being the only one in her litter, was never lonely since she had big brothers to watch out for her. Out of all five litters she was the only she-kit born, and had plenty of attention. Her mother died shortly after giving birth to her, so she never really knew her mother. Sagekit was born having four older brothers, three were warriors, and one an older apprentice (who was to be a warrior in the next moon), to play with. They all had taken a liking to her and Sagekit never decided who she liked better, she finally agreed upon liking them equally. They all seemed to enjoy her company, and they were someone for her to play with.
Before her third moon, Sagekit was given the opportunity to see her brother Stormpaw become Stormpelt. Of course the little fluffball was the first to run to him and cheer, practically interrupting the ceremony, but it was quickly dismissed seeing as she was just too cute to resist. And plus, Stormpelt was funny, he was really lazy and it amused her watching cats as they tried to get him to go on patrol with them. Sagekit would have loved to volunteer if she could, but knew she was too little. She got to the point of asking Stormpelt to go on a patrol for her, and come back and tell her every detail. And so somehow the little she-kit managed to get her brother to actually go on patrols. It was like she was a mini-miracle worker. She also seemed to calm down her middle brother, Cinderclaw. That was the biggest miracle of them all.
Sagekit was apprenticed soon, and she trained hard with her mentor. She had all her big brothers to help her anytime she needed them, they were always willing to do whatever they could for her. Her brother, Mistfur, had an apprentice of his own at the time and wasn't able to spend as much time as he would have liked with her, but thankfully Sagepaw had her other brother, Cinderclaw. Even though Cinderclaw was rude, crude, and completely insane, Sagepaw thought he was the funniest thing ever. She helped calm him down just by existing. And so she became quickly attatched to him more and more to where when she wasn't with her own mentor, she was being trained by Cinderclaw in his insane ways. Sagepaw continued to stay on level paws, though, not going down Cinderclaw's path completely. Stormpelt also helped, if he ever got his lazy butt moving.
She recieved her warrior name of Sagestripe soon enough, and had three booming voices in the crowd cheering her own. It was none other than Cinderclaw and Mistfur and Stormpelt. She continues to follow Cinderclaw around more than Mistfur, just because he is more interesting and has more time to fool around somehow. She does, however, enjoy spending time with Mistfur when she can. And bugging Stormpelt is also fun.
