Image credit - clickyName: Lightwing Age: Twenty-seven moons Gender: She-cat Breed: Mixed, unknown Clan: SunClan Rank: Warrior Eye color: Dark violet (bought&paid for) Pelt color: Light orange/cream Markings: Basic darker orange tabby markings with a scar across the bridge of her nose Height: Ten inches Weight: Nine pounds ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Likes: Snowstar, patrolling, voles, sun-high, napping Dislikes: MarshClan, long days, sleepless nights, turtle, know-it-all's
Full Personality:Lightwing has done an almost complete 360° since she was a kit. She has changed a bit but most of her personality as a kit has managed to come back since her rebellious apprentice stage. Lightwing is a now very positive cat compared to when she was an apprentice. She now sees life in a way others might be jealous of. She loves life and plans to live it the way she sees best. She is happy with her life in the Clan and following the rules comes easily. Well, mostly easy. She's the type of she-cat who just wants to have fun with the time that she has. She isn't the type to just sit back and watch, she likes to get out and do things on her own.
When she isn't having fun she is doing her job as a warrior. She especially likes border patrols even though she can sometimes get a little angry at times when confronting cats on SunClan border. She tires to be less impulsive when dealing with rival Clan cats but it sometimes gets the best of her, resulting in scars like the one across her nose. She learns her lessons by going through life and not really listening to the advice of others. But she is a very sweet she-cat and although doesn't take the advice of others she does likes to listen and help others in anyway she can. Even though she likes to always be doing something, napping is just as good too. She can take it easy when she wants to but mostly she doesn't want to until she is pretty warn out.
Birthday: July 1st Birth Clan: SunClan Family: Father and aunt are both senior warriors. Her cousins (adoptive sibs; there's three of them) are a moon or so younger than her
History:Lightwing was brought up mostly by her aunt (who she now calls mom) because her biological mother was not physically able to take care of her after she was born. She was the only kit in her biological mother's litter and some say was her miracle kit. Her mother contracted a disease, a moon after having Lightwing, that resulted in vomiting, fever, anemia, and breathing problems. There was nothing anyone could do for her and eventually her mother passed on to StarClan, leaving Lightwing motherless. She still had her father though and with the help of her aunt, who had just given birth to her own litter a moon after Lightwing was born, they raised Lightwing together. Her father was very supportive and her aunt, or rather her "new" mom, was very nurturing. Lightwing got along well with her cousins and they all eventually called each other siblings. It was definitely a happy family and Lightwing, although missed her mother, didn't show signs of any such trauma.
But when she entered apprenticeship she rebelled a little; disobeying her mentor and ignoring what anyone had to say. No one knew why she was rebelling and whenever anyone tried to talk to her she would tell them that it was none of their business and run off. She became an angry she-cat, not loving life at all and blaming StarClan for her mother's death. She would often curse at them and wonder why they would leave her without her biological mother in her life. She had never seen her mother in her dreams and couldn't even remember what she looked like. Lightwing was depressed and angry, so she rebelled for a long time. One even that happened during her rebellious apprentice years was when she confronted a MarshClan warrior who hadn't even crossed the border. She hissed at the warrior and despite better judgment the warrior attacked Lightwing, causing the scar on her nose. But it wasn't until she befriended Snowstar that she began to see the good in things again. Although she seen Snowstar as her friend, she never had the courage to ask him how he felt for her.
When she became a warrior it became pretty clear that she loved and respected Snowstar in a way that was far beyond what she could comprehend herself. But she kept and continues to keep her thoughts to herself. During her warriorship, Lightwing learned to be less angry and more positive, trying to see the good in everything instead of the bad. She still misses her mother very much and wishes she could be here with her. Lightwing has now accepted StarClan's choice to take her mother instead of letting her stay and suffer.
